Description:

Comments:

  • Introduced in 1896
  • “The Esterbrook Steel Pen Company has placed on the market a new pen which is called the “Surrogate” and which is herewith illustrated. It is a long bodied pen, with a short, narrow stub point, and will meet with the approval of writers who like a rather stiff, easy writing pen, with plenty of grip for the writer. It is handsomely finished, in which respect it is like all the Esterbrook productions.”
