Description:
- Name(s): Colorado No. 3
- Shape: Colorado
- Finishes: Golden
- Tip: Pointed
- Prices: 40¢ per gross (1879), 30¢ per gross (1883, 1887)
Comments:
- See Esterbrook #308. Like the Silverene and Oblique series of pens, the “No. 3” on this pen refers to the number in the series of Colorado pens rather than an official Esterbrook model number. This is the smallest of the Colorado pens.
- These Colorado nibs are made of a brass alloy. They are stiff and inflexible, but will not easily corrode in even acidic inks.
