Comments:
- Medium-broad, large, pinched spoon shape, with elaborate pierce.
- Available in bronze and copper finish. The pierce on the heel of the pen was for use in the copper-coating process.
- “Medium coarse; large and heavy.” (1883)
- As this shape is not seen after 1918, it most likely was not revived after the WWI inventory reduction.
