A small falcon-shaped pen with an oval vent hole. This sample is the extra fine version.

 Esterbrook 503 EF Penesco

Remarks: 

This pen is of similar size to the Esterbrook #182 Lady Falcon. Because of this, this pen is many times also called a Lady Falcon. A good writer.
