Esterbrook #303 Extra Fine

Remarks:
Description in the 1879 price list says this pen was replaced by the #333 Extra Fine.
The
1867 lawsuit (Gillott vs Esterbrook, NY) confirms that Esterbrook had
produced a #303 which was a copy of the Gillott #303. Gillott won and
Esterbrook had to cease production of their #303. The #333 which
replaced it does not look like the Gillott #303, however.
