Esterbrook # 2 Standard Railroad |
Description: Falcon shape. Bronze. |
Remarks: This pen is the same as the Esterbrook #048 Falcon Pen and writes just as well. The imprint does not have the "Esterbrook" name on it. It is supposedly an economy line of pens made by Esterbrook that were sold through mail-order catalogs such as Sears Roebuck and Montgomery Ward in the late 1800s and early 1900s. |
Reference: The existence of this pen is confirmed or surmised by the following: Listed by Internet Vendor(s) Listed in Whiteapple Multimedia Vintage Pen display |
