| Remarks: This is an excellent example of the marketing department tailoring a pen, usually the name, to attract buyers in a specific buying segment. There are only so many pen styles you can make but a nearly unlimited number of names you can put on the imprint. Esterbrook also manufactured many of their pens with custom imprints for other pen companies, commercial entities, etc. Whatever it took to sell more pens. |
